As long as a language is Turing Complete it should be possible to program an AI program in it.

Just Google: *language* popular AI libraries. I know python has a lot of them.

Actually what really matters is the patterns used, not the language itself. Your preferred language should be fine.
You can say hello in every language of the world and beyond, even klingonians have they salute :)))

Python can be used for it, I already code one but I think C++ is more adequate to do it
