How can i create a splash screen with html and css for a html5 app ?

i need to create a splash screen with time for example 4 sec after that the splash screen will hide and the app home page will open.

but i need change the position of logo to center of the page for example when you open youtube app you will see the logo in the center of the splash screen , thanks
