no this tutorials gives only basic knowledge of programming languages... so after doing learning hear you have to go for advance ..

yes it is a basic tutorial maybe you can make but learn the basics first. I think you are thinking a bit wrong Android programming is java but it needs slightly different concepts and .cab is not generally a program it is archive it has nothing to do in programming you can still make it. yes you can make .jar .exe and some game application
