Shortcut in courses

Is there a shortcut to continue in a lesson, so that I do not have to click on the green arrow?

Do you mean to proceed to the latest lesson you had opened?
I think that was the default behaviour of the Android app the last time I had an unfinished course. And there are arrows and question marks on top of the lesson for navigation.
But you only can use them on finished lessons.
Also there's a shortcut option in the lesson overview, where you can answer the quizzes without reviewing the course content.
