I can't understand the arrays.

I got the Java leason and now I am into arrays. Can someone explain me how do these work? I understand the outputs in multidimensional arrays but not the while concept. Please, someone, help me

The details could be the length of the arrays, how to use it and some other basics in arrays. Sorry that I am so idiot but I learned not to give up, whatever the problem is
