Uploading files in mobile browser fails

Question

I have made an html code for uploading image files using web browsers. It works on laptop browser but it fails on mobile browsers. I'll appreciate if you could help me to overcome this problem.
p.s. I couldn't find anything useful in stackoverflow!

once i also made such code but only worked on my mobile browser but failed in Sololearen
