To create a proper webpages for any websites. Since HTML is the mark up language that gives structural design of webpage, without html we cant think to create any website.

It is the structure of webpage. Without HTML you cannot make a proper website. If you made the structure (HTML) you can add style with CSS and change the HTML&CSS with Javascript
