What extra languages should a web designer know

being a web developer is hard what type of Extra languages
should a web developer know to create a full action website

"web developer" doesn't mean necessarly to know all the wide field related to web development...
In reality, web developers are quite necessarly less or more specialized on certain parts of web development, including those who are specialized in html/css only: you cannot master all topics of "full stack development", and in my thought, a "full stack developer" is someone who has some knowledge about all related topics to web development, not to use them alone, but to drive a crew of specialized developers ^^
