Error when running Kotlin compiler

Question

Error: Could not find or load main class org.jetbrains.kotlin.preloading.Preloader

I'm getting that error when running any Kotlin commands.

I'm using command line compiler which I manually installed and I added the bin folder to the path

Java 8 64bit
