How to get back to menu?

How to get back to menu? I am currently working on a quiz system. In my menu, there are 2 selections, first is A. Categories and the other one is B. Help. Basically, when I choose B. Help, the program will print how the game will be executed. The thing is, after that, I don't know how to get back to menu from the B. Help. I'm stuck on this for 2 days. Please help me. I am trying to call the method of menu but it doesn't work

We cant do nothing unless we see how your selections look like. Are you hiding them or are they overflowing with absolute?
