i want to learn C programming as a beginner. isn't there fundamental C in this app?

This app is for beginners and it contains fundamental courses. C course is also a fundamental course for beginners. I don't know what made you think that it isn't. If you find any difficulty in it aka any query then you can clear it by asking a question in Q&A.

C++ will teach everything C plus the rest of C++. There are C lessons available, too.
