I don't limit myself, so I use both Windows and Linux.

For linux, these days I've mostly been using CentOS 7 because that's what I utilize for most of the projects at my job. However, I was always a fanboy of Red Hat since the 90s, though I haven't used it in many years now.

For Windows, I've upgraded to Windows 10 from 7 and have no regrets. Some things they need to work out (but when has that ever not been the case?), but overall its a solid OS also.

I use Linux and Windows concurrently, but mainly Linux.

I use my Windows machines for penetration testing via my Linux machine.
