(PHP help) Code to bulk update all posts

Question

I have a plugin that auto generates posts but posts won't appear unless you click update button. Updating one by one will be a lot of work. Some code to go into a custom plugin??

Can we see the plugin code? it will be pretty easy to iterate data or inserts/updates but will need to see how the data is handled first.
