Expanding challenges

I think this app would be so much better if the challenges were a little more sophisticated than answering a question within 30 seconds of viewing a 10 line (or so) piece of code. What about a contest involving more complex code solutions to a given problem? Might be hard to do in a simple app like this one, but worth considering...

This app would also be totally awesome if there were team challenges available. Software developers in this community deserve to have their broader skill sets recognised (teamwork, communication skills, leadership etc). Again, a bit much to ask of an app, but sprang to mind :-).
