please is it that I must learn the whole php before I can be able to create a back end for forms or i can learn just back end for form in php and forget about everything else.Also does solo learn php contain lesson on how to create a back end for forms

You can learn to create your own form.
you didn't have to learn whole php.
All you need to learn is
1. "HTML" for creating "<form>"
2. "PHP" for learn how to connect to mySQL
3. "SQL" for INSERT or UPDATE database

Sololearn have all of these lessons.
