Find a suitable programming tool/app, plan what you want to make and get the correct .API package. Remember that programming is not all only about Console Application!

It depends on the platform you want to make apps for. For Android, you need to install Android Studio on your computer, or another similar IDE for Android, and you need to learn Java because thats the language Android Studio works with. For Apple, the process is s little more complicated, and AFAIK they dont really allow outside developers.

After the setup, you can start making apps! You just need the skill and an idea.
