What should be i know about java to be an android development?

hi..
i studied java in my faculity but you know ... they teach us just some baisc topics about this wonderful languege like variables and classes and inherints and interfases ..so.. do i need to know more than those topics befor starting android programing ?

There's no better way to learn than to practice. Take what you know and challenge yourself with new topics. With time, you'll learn much of what you need to know to make apps.

Not particularly. You will have go learn how to use Google's API for Android, and there are a number of classes online you can take for free to learn.

start doing simple programs and games plus try designing interfaces like jframes n buttons n stuffs. to see how they are related to the topics u learnt at college. try net beans n eclips they provide drag n put options .. to desgin ur own frames n program windows n pannels
