Accessing community programming quizzes from the Web

Why arent the quizzes/challenges exposed to the web interface.
For instance why wouldn't this https://www.sololearn.com/learn/4710/?ref=app be available in the browser?

because Sololearn is app for mobile programming and learning

I think some of the people on here might be interested in beeing able to use more of the features from the browser. I guess I'll have to stick to www.codeingame.com when i am on the pc xD

@nevu I'm one of the ppl interested in more features at PC, but I must admit I enjoy learning via cellphone as well (best platform so far). :)
