An [OFF-TOPIC] tag shows that the post is off topic. A [DUPLICATE] tag means there already is a thread that answers the same question. Hope this helps.

threads is that one you have posted
and tagging threads means whenever you post a post that are not related to programming questions or the contents provide by Sololearn. When someone one post not related to above conditions then moderators tag a tags on post like

for not related -off topic
for duplicate post -duplicate
for spam- spam
for bugs -bugs
for suggestion -suggestion
