The progression is as follows: 1. HTML 2. CSS 3. JavaScript 4. JQuery I saw someone else say JavaScript is the hardest of them all, which is true in a sense. Overall though, JavaScript isn't really that hard and with a little practice you will learn it in no time. Good luck on your coding adventure!

The usual progression that people do is HTML, then css,JavaScript and lastly JQuery. JavaScript is the hardest so most people learn it later.

The Transition is: HTML CSS JavaScript(JS) jQuery PHP SQL then You can learn The fancy stuff like Pug, HAML, Sass, SCSS, Cas, node.js, Agularjs, reactJS.etc
