I do not know much. As I know C programming language is used for computer related program developing such as computer games and also one of Xbox coding language. JavaScript's code can be used on any platform such as Windows,Ios and others. Hope this helps you.Cheers

C language is called a procedural language and JAVA is a pure OOP ( Object Oriented Programming), this means in C the program code is a set of procedures and functions, as for JAVA it is a set of classes.
