How to design or edit video button?

Question

Hi, I’m new in IT. I just try to put a video on my web but I don’t know how to change the play button from bottom to middle of the video.
I want to make the video looks more simple with stylish.
Do you guys know where I can learn? Any kind of books or video lesson recommend?

If you're using <video controls>, you can't edit anything.

If you don't use it, then you can simply create the design you want with some pictures, animations,... But that means you can also edit the effect of the elements (fullscreen, pause-play,...)
