Python would be enough for creating apps, frameworks or websites. but given that u know python very well.

learn C++ too while Python alone would be enough to suit any and all of your needs, the combination of C++ knowledge would give you a large insight on many languages, since they are very similar syntax-wise. Ruby for example could be considered a bit of a mix between C, Python and BASIC. Java, C#, C, C++ all have similar syntax while having bit different methodologies. but yeah, C++ and Python would together ease your life a lot. Oh, and they can be used together too! (look up Cython)

also if u learn a bit of c or c++, it can give u an insight how the languages works.

html, CSS and javascript r only for front end whereas Python is used for back end processing
