Anyone achieved Platinum Level without doing a single challenge?

I want to know if someone already achieved platinum without doing a single challenge. It's a very difficult task that requires a lot of wisdom and dedication. we should applaud them.

I can go ahead and remove all my lesson progress, erase the XP gained from challenges, to see if the badges + Best ans mark could go beyond 20k. It would be a shame to see it go though.

Since you need me to point out everything. Rereading your post: - First paragraph is entirely dedicated to complaining about "SoloLearn priorities", and how you are disappointed in SL staff not seeing you fit for mod. - Second paragraph goes on with "moderator badge distributed without moderation", that "moderator badge is given after a user reaches a certain level". This, here, is untrue, and hence making you a liar. You also complained about users "not deserving your help" and being "disappointed by human attitude". - Third paragraph is completely dedicated to complaining as well, in regards to how XP is given out by playing "dumb challenges" and other stuff which "doesn't raise programming skills". tl;dr - Your entire post, every instance of it, was written to complain. That said, I wasn't referring to your post when I said that all you did was to complain. I was referring to the entire span of months ever since I came to know you as a user on SL. Do you know that we give leeway to users when it comes to "the mess" because SL consists of beginners and beginners usually make mistakes? No. Do you know that we are in the process of restructuring the Q&A section, and hence the tags on off-topic and duplicate threads? No. Do you know that mods have been clearing up "the mess" in both Q&A and lesson comments? No. Do you know that we have been cracking down on cases of plagiarism in SL? Probably not. Do you know that we actually give 12 hours for users to edit their "mess" before mods take action, to make sure that our actions align with the beginner-friendly factor that SL has? No. Do you know that we have also discussed and will be coming up with more features which will aid users at learning, instead of simply having "dumb challenges"? No. You don't know a fraction of what the mods have discussed among ourselves to clean up "the mess" that you have always complained about. We'd be grateful if you stop trying to paint SL in bad light, let alone contribute.

This person is probably the closest person without a single challenge(or challenge related badge can't reset this) I believe who can do that. https://www.sololearn.com/Profile/3222908/?ref=app

What I'm about to say isn't going to be popular, or even agreeable among the majority, but I'm not here to be popular, same goes to most of the mods who apparently had their badges "given out without moderation". Now, Visph, All the talk about "making SoloLearn a better place", "moderators not living up to my standards", yet tells people that "users don't deserve my contributions". Says "XP is insignificant" yet goes overboard with your reaction when people unmark your Best Answer mark, or remove a tiny little upvote on your post. I'm not asking you to respect the moderators or SL. I'm asking you to respect yourself, and to hold yourself to your own high standards, instead of just putting them into words. I have refrained from criticizing you in public for the span of months, however it has come to my knowledge that you fail to change, that it is always about what others can improve on, instead of how you can improve on yourself, isn't it. You have been complaining for months. For months, you have done nothing apart from complaining, to help clear up the mess that you think SoloLearn is in. Now,you tell me, what is this "XP and thankfulness" that you think you deserve? Since when did SoloLearn start giving out mod badge to users "after reaching some level"? Unfortunately for you, I'm not quite in the form to be tolerant towards lies. Please cease and desist your act. It is doing me a concern. If you have problems with SL or the moderation team, please bring it to our faces instead of trashtalking behind the scenes.

Just to clarify, you are entitled to report to a mod if you see an incorrect or useless answer being marked as Best Answer. Again, Visph would have knew this if he actually communicated with SL and the mods, in regards to this issue; To fix it, instead of leaving it as part of "the mess". We have to remember that not every user is able to correctly mark the correct answer as Best Answer. I am voicing out because I have seen Visph criticize and condemn a user on the spot for not marking the correct answer as best. This behaviour is unacceptable, regardless of how long you have been in SL.

Yeah... To say the thruth, I'm not deeply agree with the sololearn priorities, and when they have joined me to be moderator, I was disapointed once again... firstly they have thinking to me slightly later (I was very active even before best answer mark feature, without the hope of getting XP by answering Q&A), and secondly not for good reasons (the original message was talking about "getting more XP" and not "working for better community", so assuming the choice of having a maximum count of users, despite the content quality)... On the other hand, I've replied that I was not sure to have time in future to be always very active and that I don't use any "social" media, so I asked them if they were thinking that was a problem to join the moderation crew, and they simply answering me that they were searching for more implicated people (while I think I am/was, else I don't have asked these questions ^^). Well, so. Since that, moderator bagdes were distributed without moderation, to lot of people reaching some level and less or more active, and Q&A still is as messy as before this pseudo-moderation was introduced... So, I think I deserve more XP and community thankfulness than I get, and from about 6 months I was lesser active than the time I have to spend here because I'm convinced that sololearn and users doesn't deserve my contributions, so I focus on my own coding practice, and spending as little time I can for others (anyway, the code playground is a great tool, and the courses are not so bad for learning basis of programation), but trying again and again regurlarly (and so be disapointed by human attitude again and again also) because I'm an undeniable utopian hopping that people would change and be better. But it's a shame that XP are so easy to get, quite only by playing to (dumb) challenges (having time to spend in repeatedly questions will make you a good player, but not really help you to raise your programming skills), and that users are so focusing on getting XP despite the unsignifiant they have...

Hatsy, that will surely add up to 20k but do you know anyone who really achieved it?

You are indeed a very principled and knowledgable person. I admire your desire to continue helping here on sololearn despite all its flaws. 👍

@Hatsy Rei wrote: << You have been complaining for months. For months, you have done nothing apart from complaining >> Seriously? Read again all my posts, and count how many are dedicated to complain: I'm sure you know that I complain only a couple of time... and I don't understand that you say that ^^ And I am the lier? In addition, I want to specify that I'm not disapointed for downvotes or best answer unmarked, but for all mine posts which have not at all marked or so little upvoted while numberous of programming unrelated and less or more bad answers are marked and hudge upvoted when done by trending users... Well, I don't want to comment more, and contrarly to what you affirm, I don't want to complain by trying to justificate me: I hope and believe that my contributions to the Q&A will talk for myself ^^

i'm with visph this time. he was always active for as long as i can remember giving answers rather than socializing/spamming q&a like many others were doing at the time. anyone would get disappointed if after the effort explaining a concept the credit goes to another "social buddy" for a stupid comment due to empathy, or to be part of a popular group, in a "like me that i like you" fashion. There is also another point: the best answer stays on top and it is handier when it truly answers the question. i don't think that as a moderator would do any harm to the platform: probably the opposire. I can't understand how it can be claimed that he is not enough involved. honestly i got bored of Q&A, i just happen to follow visph and that's how i know how active he is and about this thread. My regards Vipsh.

Umm, I read your post in an off-topic joke thread about moderation here on sololearn. They've removed the post before I can reply. I think you're a really serious person when it comes to programming. It's just an assumption nvm. Peace man✌😅
