Pls suggest if win10 supports openGL software and if so then suggest the softwares,and even any tutorial that I could refer to.

Actually I have a project about computer graphics and I am not sure if win10 supports openGL software or not,so I need your help guys,pls be free to post any suggestions.

It does, try learnopengl.com and open.gl, also if you want a video tutorial, Sonar Systems YouTube channel has one based on those websites, but not as in depth.
