How can i get explanation of "challenges' questions" ?

sometimes challenges' questions' answer not able to understand ( at least for me ), where I can find the explanation ¿

yeah thanx but I liked that comment feature when I was learning the language and every question have comment option and many people elaborate the particular problem ( part of code ) and that is awesome thing , maybe soon solo will add that feature for challenges' questions
