Where is java Implemented ?

I'v been confused, while I deeping in java I try to clear for myself - where the real place of JAVA in world area? You can tell me about app,web,servers etc. But for me it's just a words.I ask you to help me and give me clear for three question : real ways to use java ( with examples ) , how java can be usable in banking system ( with the all technology what news to now developer (junior)) and can we use java for microchip coding and how it will be correctly? I try to get the direction of my hobby .

Because now I can't imagine something else in using java , then some app and some servers. When I see code now, I see only simple tasks and that's all.
