Which language is pelles c?

Hi! im new here and also in programming. Nowadays im college and im programing in a program called pelles C. which language is it? i dont know if that is c++ or just c. thank you!

Pelles C is an IDE for C language and this IDE works on Windows.

IDE( Intergrated Development Environment) is a software that allow you to write, compile, fix errors your code.
There is no course about C language here. But you can learn C++ here, C++ is a more powerful than C.
