What is php framework is the best to create similiar addmefast.com?

dont really require a framework but if you do want to use some strict one use Laravel or symfony. else use some loose one like codeigniter which may do for most part. But addmefast.com is more of a javascript work compared to php. AngularJS javascript framework can do the job for javascript part. php work is not very tricky in this site but it can be challenging javascript here.
