Si estas escribiendo desde un Smartphone deberías poder acceder con el botón que muestra los números y hay uno que tiene los siguientes símbolos : " =\< ". Ahí deberían estar todos.
Hay algunos que están " ocultos", por así decirlo, en mi teléfono solamente puedo acceder a ellos manteniendo apretada una tecla y ahí aparece un menú desplegable con otras opciones, así fue como descubrí los acentos y el signo " ¿ ".
