Where to start?

Question

I'm very new to coding. It's something I've always wanted to learn but never got the chance to. So I'm a total noob. I'm not sure where to start, what I should be doing first before the others. If I could get like a basic plan telling me I should be learning this before I got onto other this before I got on to other things, it would be so so helpful.
