Auto playing audio that changes as a user scrolls

Question

Is it possible to have audio that autoplays when a user loads the webpage to change to a different audio file if and when they scroll down?
Is it also possible to have the first audio stop playing while scrolling and then have the different file play further down?
Basically I want to have an audio file autoplay when a user loads the page(which I can do); then I want the audio to stop when the user scrolls far enough; then I want a different audio file to play once the user scrolls even further!
Any help?🤓
