Why do advanced programmer stay with Sololearn

Some sololearners left the status of "learning the basics" far behind. Why is sololearn still attractive for them?

For myself: I love the challanges. those against other sololearners and those for programming. Also to invent challanges myself. And finally there is always a quarter hour for joking and having fun besides but not far away from coding.

Somehow sololearn becomes the playground of advanced coders. Just look at The Great Nikolay Nachev. I think there is also that desire to share your knowledge to beginners since you were a beginner once.

The reason advanced programmers stay on SoloLearn, in my opinion, is for the challenges, to inspire, and to help other novice/adept programmers! Programming can be VERY difficult to some in the beginning, and I believe advanced programers stay on this Community to help them, challenge, motivate, and simply because the Community is amazingly polite and awesome!! 👍

There is nothing better than looking at code that doesn't work or compile and knowing how to put it right. Being able to provide whatever changes are needed to fix it for the author makes me happy. I enjoy answering questions and teaching programming techniques. It is also fun looking at a coding challenge and implementing a solution to it. This site has helped me rediscover the love of coding I had 44 years ago and lost due to working 24/365.2422/44 (every hour of every day of every year.)

I love helping people get to grips with the really of the computing world in the Q&A. In addition, the code Playground is a nice place to create small projects that lead to inspection for bigger ones.

I wouldn't say I'm advanced but I'm definitely not a beginner. Im staying because I like the community, the challenges, posting my own challenges and last but not least I like helping beginners. ☺ Edit: I forgot , I also love receiving and giving likestorms. 😁

Over the course of my own career, I've enjoyed mentoring new developers in real life. The opportunity to interact with a broader group of like minded people on a world wide level seems like a natural fit.
