Why so many programming languages ?

I tried learning programming , and I saw a lot of programming languages. If I can create mobile apps,desktop programs using java , then why the other languages exist? And can a man learn all programming languages ? Can I learn all of them ? And Do I need learning all programming languages to become best programmer ? Which programming language must I begin from? Can I find jobs in high-paid salary? My head messed up . I need help of best developers.

Every language turns into assembly so basically you should be able to do same functions with any language. There’s not much different between the languages. Others just fit better for different use and platform.
