why we need jquery and why not ? what is the best use it or not ?

JQuery is only a library of javascript. Whayever can be done in JQuery also can be done with plain javascript. But sometimes jquery makes things alot more easier. I use jquery when i need some animations and some of its functiins that does not exist in plain javascript (yes it can be done but it requires some work). So if you dont need it, dont use it.
