Android app notification problem

I'm not receiving any notification when the app is not running , only if the app is running and I'm using it the notification works , anyone have the same problem ??

try checking AppSettingsConfig notif could be switched off when app not running

Better tell the developers directly by sending a feedback from the main screen menu, because writing it here, with many new posts coming in all the time, your question may skip their attention.
