Challenge Bord ? [Online/Offline]

Question

The challenge bord that appears after language selection doesn't really show us online challengers, because every time a challenge is completed, the Challengers name goes up in the list rather than the accepters, even if they are currently offline.
Right me if I am wrong, but if you think so, Please share your thoughts, so that they can make it right!
