[Challenge] Sorting words.

Question

Write a program that accepts a sequence of whitespace separated words. Remove all duplicate words and remove non-letter marks before or after words(not middle). Sort them alphanumerically. Input example:

Hello world and practice makes perfect!!! And hello world again.

Then, the output should be:

again and hello makes perfect practice world

Built in sorting functions are not allowed!

Fun one! Done in Ruby using a binary search tree, just used a couple builtins to cleanup the input string first.
