Ada Lovelace wrote the first programs for Charles Babbage's analytical engine. It was never built but it would have been the first computer.

In the very early beginnings of modern computing every machine had it's own language, the first really big language was FORTRAN, a few years later LISP.

Arguably mathematics is kind of a programming language and mathematics is thousands of years old but we're stretching the definitions a bit.
