I think C C++,HTML is the best programming languages for starting i suggest it because it's so easy and the proof is I completed both Java and HTML course on my first day and I got that certificate on my first day

Whether you’re looking to begin coding as a hobby, a new career, or just to enhance your current role, the first thing you’ll have to do is decide which programming language you want to start with. There is no right answer, of course. Choosing a first language will depend on what kind of projects you want to work on, who you want to work for, or how easy you want it to be. Hopefully, this guide will help give you a better idea of which one you should pursue. But as per my opinion you should start with JAVA programming language as it is very easy and you will know the reason why the java is best to learn see here :- http://crbtech.in/Java-Training/10-reasons-learn-java/
