Which software should I use for Web Development... Like where can I code html

"Which software should I use", you say! Well I say don't go for IDE's if you are a beginner. Instead there are plenty of text-editors complementing Notepad(not to mention its boring) viz. Atom, Sublime(I personally use it) & there are others. Of course, its up to you but my suggestion would be - don't go for Visual Studio as that can be pretty intimidating unless you are developing a full-fledged website or application!

there are lots of them out there, but so far visual studio have been great. you can use, embed with many other languages. I'm pretty sure there is an open source version.
