Offline learning assets?

There is an option in Learn C++'s setting "offline learning" which asks to download assets for offline learning.
What is that specifically?

In the course taken here there are some images used for better information which can be only seen when u are working online. If you don't have internet connection then u can download the course (including the images) and can study the course offline...
Hence it has an option for "Make it Offline"
