I want to learn more about coding with this order :

1.HTML
2.CSS
3.Java Script
4.PHP

So do you think that's the right order for a beginner?

The list u made is great for web development, also add JQuery to the end.

For app development:
Java
C#
C++
C

For data management:
SQL

Stay away from these:
Python: Slow and strange syntax.
Ruby: Same problems, less advantages.
Swift: I just stopped learning this one because it only runs on Apple and u need a Mac.

I think you should first learn html...then html and css
