Where can I Learn "how to make android apps"?
in fact, there are lots sites, but they are not learning, they are just explaining their own projects

Download the app AndroidTutorials, it will help you for majority of elements for an app.
But, my suggestion before anything. Have solid knowledge on Java and some for XML, you will really need it.
