So what's the need learning HTML when PHP is much more flexible?

I need some clarifications on what to learn next.

HTML is the structure of the page, PHP does not show up in the browser. For a website HTML is necessary but PHP is not.

but I rarely see html webpages these days. Take a look at wordpress all themes are coded in php

the pages are of file type php.. but the skeleton of the webpage is wriiten with html in same file.. and server side coding that are done in php also written in the same file.. try to use FTP server and open any of the files of wordpress themes,. do check header.php

Without HTML, PHP cannot form webpages.
