C or Python?

Which one will be more useful for 2018? I need honest opinion please.

Python. But learn as many languages as you can. For example, learning C in addition to Python will give you a more thorough understanding of Python.

Guys do u think I should buy “Learn C the hard way” OR “Learn Python 3 the hard way” book.
Im really interested in C tbh, but C seems to become useless as time goes by and a lot of ppl, mostly everyone saying that Python is very powerful,easy to learn, and will the next king of programming langauge so..
