Intellij IDEA for Java. PhpStorm for PHP. WebStorm for HTML, CSS, Javascript. Visual Studio for C#, C++. VSCode for everything.

If you mean an IDE for writing code then some good ones are Sublime Text 3, Vim, or Emacs, but I believe Vim is for Linux, but I've heard it's really good. another one is Atom, which is also really good, but I prefer Sublime because how nice it looks and I've used it the most, but Atom is fully customizable
