I need help for design my project...

I want to design the shape of a man and inside the color fill the man in a month ... how to start?

not exactly sure what you're trying to accomplish but you can create a "person" character with html and css.

create a container div with position relative and inside that container start making the different body parts with position absolute. if you need more explainable just ask and myself or someone from the community will assist you ☺
