Why do Sololearn compilers dont work like original compilers?

Question

For example i had a problem where i need lots of inputs but the user dont know what is the queston.
Also try the IDLE it runs different than the sololearn.
Also it could not make the command sleep because it does not read-otput-read-output like the IDLE it just reads the whole thing and otputs the whole thing.
why it could not behave like the original IDLE?
