I have a lot of problems learning C#,I don't understand easy things,I don't know what should I do

You should first take and understand the elementary concept of learning, first learn one chapter a day, then another day try to go through the same chapter again! and even more important is practice! without practice you have nothing to fail! to start, create a small code, and then use all the learned rules, and so every day! good luck with learning :)
